Our team are celebrating after successfully achieving the enhanced ISO 9001:2015 certification. In doing so we have become one of the first companies in the North East glass production industry to be recognised in this way.

ISO 9001: 2015 focuses on key principles related to quality management, used to help businesses such as Donwood Glass to meet the highest standards of services, products, and operations.

As well as promoting established quality management principles, the revised ISO 9001:2015 standard includes a stronger customer focus, as well as examining the processes put in place to implement continued improvement.

There are six key areas focused on in ISO 9001:2015 including:

In order to achieve certification, we needed to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
